An interesting filing today from Disney – Epcot’s pin central is getting general construction work done by Don Bell Signs. Don Bell specializes in large signs, like the ones for shopping plazas and such. It could possibly be a new electronic display board for the attached wait-time and park information sign that has been buggy the last few months – as Don Bell also installs those types of displays as well.
