Queue Work for Nemo at Epcot Continues with Interior Restructuring

There’s been a good of disagreement in the fan community over what exactly is being done at the Seas with Nemo and Friends pavilion in Epcot. Late last month a refurbishment wall popped up (photos) in the exterior queue just before the doors do the building. A look through a crack in the wall revealed that the wall itself and the mural on it were having holes into them. Additionally, the planter against the wall was completed removed and concrete on the ground dug up as well.

All signs point to some sort of obvious reconfiguration of the queue area – some suggesting Fastpass being added to the attraction, others speculating on a possible new entrance to the Turtle Talk attraction within the pavilion.

Now inside the building black curtains have been hung to obscure the interior wall that correspond roughly to the exterior area that is being worked on.

No word from Disney on what the work is for, but it’s obviously to allow some sort of secondary access to the pavilion.

There already is a secondary entrance. It’s downstairs through the gift shop. Or am I missing something?
